The Dubbo Winter Whisky Festival would like to welcome you to an intimate dinner and tasting with Australian distillers assembled from around the country. Held the night before the Festivals main event – tickets are extremely limited to what is one of the Establishment Bar Dubbo’s showpiece events of the year. This event in 2022 & 2023 Sold Out within days of release and we had a waiting list of people wanting tickets.

The spirits will be matched with three courses of food, by the amazing team lead by Danielle at Modern Foodie Catering. The event is semi-formal and gives you the opportunity to listen, learn and rub shoulders with some of the best Aussie distilleries.

In 2024 the featured Distillers for the Dinner are as follows;

Black Snake Distillery: Agave spirits, like tequila and mezcal, offer a distinct flavor profile. This is due to the agave plant’s sweet and earthy notes, creating a one-of-a-kind drinking experience. We start the night with our friends from Narrabri NSW with a bold welcome drink.

Parrot Distilling Co.: Featuring Parrot’s signature gin, entree will be a harmonious blend of botanicals and flavors that will elevate your dining experience. With a unique and distinctive taste profile, the gin adds a touch of sophistication to the evening.

Bathurst Grange Distillery: Lift the dining experience with a perfectly paired main meal and whisky. The rich flavors of the main dish harmonize with the complex notes of Bathurst Grange’s whisky for a truly exquisite culinary journey. Experience the art of pairing and indulge in a meal that transcends the ordinary.

Manly Spirits Co.: A decadent dessert featuring a whisky finish. Indulge in rich flavors that are perfectly complemented with the smooth notes brought to you from the seaside of Manly’s whisky. Treat your taste buds to a luxurious experience as you unwind and savor the perfect end to your night.

The evening will be hosted by the very talented and industry known Scott Fitzsimons, with plenty of laughs and lots of story telling on the night.
